I had been told that it would not be possible for me to get a loan, but Marissa managed to get me pre-approved and made the process quick and easy. In the meantime, Joe showed me a lot of houses, sometimes on extremely short notice, and was never anything but helpful and accommodating. When I was deciding whether to buy a particular home, he and fellow staff members revisited the house with me who knows how many times.
